The webpage quite clearly states that there is an exception. But you're
right, there should be a statement on each file or a general statement on
the licence. This is what I need to get agreed inside the FSF.

Yes. I was talking about the situation with the exception.

Yes. That's (partly) why the exception was invented.

That's not true. Your code must be made available.

I *will* sort out the exception issue soon. I realise your plans have now
changed but you could always get the author (Dave Brownell) to give you the
definitive statement. Remember that ClasspathX authors own their copyright
(we don't assign to the FSF).
