[Classpathx-discuss] JAF stuff on website

I am in the process of moving all the subproject stuff into sub-directories
of the website.

I've moved the jaf stuff (the index page and the javadoc) and I'll be moving
the javamail page as well.

This shouldn't affect any existing checkouts except for the fact that your
jaf-javadoc directory won't synch any more - just rm -r that directory.
