I don't know, but when you try bear in mind that a large component of
jaxp 1.1 is libxmlj, which is a native library in any case - I'm not
clear what effect that has on a gcj natively compiled executable.
gcj can certainly be used to build the standard target (Java classes in
gnujaxp.jar).
