Hi Mark and all,

I just want to clarify: I have asked you and the FSF that the *copyright* on
any future contributions not be assigned to the FSF. As long as the Classpath
project respects the license requirements on my copyrighted work, it can include
my code in the official GNU Classpath distribution (as it does for some AT&T
and Sun code). I do realize, though, that usually the Classpath project does
not accept such contributions. I think this is a pity; just imagine what would
happen if everybody had the same attitude. I, for one, certainly won't be
asking the FSF to assign its copyright to me before I accept to include GNU
Classpath code in SableVM's class libraries. Actually, currently 99+% of the
code is GNU Classpath code. ;-)

Regards,

Etienne
