Hi Michael,

When possible, I would prefer to keep the original ChangeLog when 
merging between libgcj & classpath, or at least mention the author in 
cases of new files like this. This helps to make sure that the author 
gets proper credit, and also means that other developers have the right 
point of contact if they discover a problem with the new code.

In this case the ChangeLog was:

2004-07-14  Jerry Quinn  <address@hidden>

   * java/beans/EventHandler.java: New file.
