    Fix overflow
    
    We were filling much more than the mapwindows array, thus overwriting in
    at least debugger variables.
    
    * i386/intel/pmap.c (pmap_bootstrap): Make sure to limit mapwindows
    initialization within PMAP_NMAPWINDOWS.
