    apic: Also unmask irq 3 and 4 early
    
    We unmasked by hand kd's irq 1, but com0/1 also need unmasking. More
    generally we should unmask irqs as appropriate.
    
    * i386/i386at/model_dep.c (machine_init): Unmask irq 3 and 4.
