    Enable Makefile silent rules.
    
    * Makefile.am (AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS): Remove.
    * bootstrap: Import from mailfromd.
    * configure.ac: Require autoconf 2.63
    Enable silent-rules mode by default.
    * guimb/scm/Makefile.am: Add silent-rules markers.
    * include/mailutils/Makefile.am: Likewise.
    * libmu_scm/Makefile.am: Likewise.
    * testsuite/Makefile.am: Likewise.
