I’ve found that tests can’t be successfully executed under MinGW.
A faked `uname` generated by config-guess.sh has no shebang line, so it isn’t recognized by MSYS as valid script, and system uname is executed.
Proposed patch solves this problem adding shebang line in the generated `uname`. I suppose that this patch doesn’t break testing under Linux.
