Compiling Libcr.so for ARM64 bit

Hi dear Madam/Sir,

I have got this message when I wanted to compile libcr.so for ARM64 bit for Ubuntu. It's ARM64bit version is not accessible using apt-get:

config.guess timestamp = 2009-11-20

uname -m = aarch64

uname -r = 3.13.0-24-generic

uname -s = Linux

Do you think it is possible for me to be able to compile 64 bit version of libcr.so for ARM architecture?
