Where did you download coreutils from? Since this is a windows-specific
port, it is more appropriate to ask the folks that ported coreutils to
look into improving their emulation of getmntent to include the
directories that you are referring to. Coreutils can do no better than
the getmntent() emulation layer provided by the system (whether that
system be cygwin, mingw, or some other windows port), so there's not
much we can do to help you on this list.
