Okay.  Reviewing the earlier logs you sent me, the inttypes.h problem is
only a warning too, it looks like, so I'll see what I can do about
getting you an autoconf test for the IRIX c99 compiler, but this
shouldn't be a blocker for the new GNULIB inttypes module.  Unless one
of the new assumptions client.c is making about types from <stdint.h> is
causing a problem?  Can you confirm for me that the trunk compiles on
IRIX again?
