[Dataexplorer-bug] Decimal point - Graphing cell voltages

Hello,

Sweden uses "," for decimal point and this seems to prevent DataExplorer from plotting cell voltages.

I've confirmed this by changing the Windows country setting for decimal point to "." and restarting DataExplorer and it then plots just fine.

It would be nice if DataExplorer could cope with this on its own as the changed setting creates problems for other programs I use.
