[Debian-sf-users] how to use "new release"?

Can anybody please let me know how to use
"new release"?

Whenever I click the "New Releases" of the left navigation bar,
it always shows nothing but "No new releases found."

How can I add something to this?

As for site news, I can submit/approve for front page
but I don't know how to deal with this new release facility.
