We are only beggining to use Debian-SF for our software devlopment here in
our organization. I both installed and tried Debian-SF and GForge, but I
chose Debian-SF for ease of installation and most of the functions work
after apt-get install.

Now, I read Christian Bayle's announcement in Debian-SF page at Savannah
that Debian-2.6 ver 2.6 might be the last one? =( Should I use GForge?
instead? We really need a *forge system ASAP.
We now concentrate on gforge package development.
It is a simple migrating process from debian-sf 2.5,2.6 to gforge
First apt-get install gforge-sourceforge-transition that will dump your data, move things in the proper places for gforge
and apt-get install gforge should do the rest
currently gforge-mailman is broken on woody by a dependency on mailman >2.1
I will probably upload a backport very soon

The developpment for new stuffs are going on debian gforge package

By the way, I tried adding a new project in Debian-SF installed on our
server, but it's not added at Trove Sofwtare Map and on Hosted projects
counter on the first page. Help please. Thanks
Trove is filled by nightly a cron, so it sould be ok in few time :)
One very common error is ldap config that forbi to create new users
But it seems you don't have this problem

Cheers

Christian
