I noticed that the info on the page "The files DejaGnu reads",
http://www.cslab.vt.edu/manuals/dejagnu-1.3/html_node/dejagnu_26.html,
appears to have been lost in the current version of the dejagnu manual.
(They're still in dejagnu.texi, but that's not used to generate the HTML...)
It's somewhat similar to part of
http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb3/dejagnu/dejagnu/example/hello/README?rev=1.1
which begins "It took me weeks to figure out what files DejaGnu reads!".
This plus my current quandry make me feel it's important to document
runtest's input files.
Anyway, once I figure out which cvs repository is king of the hill,
maybe I'll generate cvs diffs for this and submit a patch...
