Is it reasonable to assume that the launcher and installed commands will always be from the same version of DejaGnu?

If so, I can have the launcher locate runtest.exp and grep it for "^set frame_version" instead of adding another copy of the DejaGnu version. (The commands will be installed parallel to runtest.exp in a "commands" directory.) Handling --version in the launcher avoids each command needing to support it.

The existing code seems to make this assumption -- the runtest shell script carries no version information and simply passes --version on to runtest.exp.
