  New progress_bar_window.

  New progress bar API (open_progress_bar, update_progress_bar and
  close_progress_bar).

* web/browse.ml.nw

  Add a progress bar to the code that updates the question
  classification. It was needed to change the API of
  Cache.update_questions_hash a little for progress bar update, so all
  needed code has been updated accordingly.

  We now have a real application, with a progress bar!  ;)
