Hello,

I have added code related to delegation. As usual, there isn't much to
play with right now. However I can assure you that the code is there and
the auto-tests work. :)

I have made some choices in the way delegations are handled. This does
not preclude the use of delegation but it might render the modification
of classification more difficult. I suspect that modifying
classification while keeping delegation correct will be a real
nightmare.

The introduction chapter even contains graphics, so you could take a
look at it and tell me if it is readable.
