[Demexp-dev] Which library to write configuration file, Config_file or Lua-ML?

For the client (and at mid-term for the server) we will need a better
format for the configuration file.
I've asked on caml-list@ what are possible options and the most
interesting possibilities are:
- Config_file from Cameleon2. Library written for reading/writing
configuration file. Should be already packaged in Debian sid;
- ocaml-csv. Library to read comma separated value files;
- Lua-ML. A extension language with a C-like syntax that can be
