It might be, yes. The main issue is that apparently the API has
changed between 0.6.2 (compatible with OCaml 3.08) and 0.7.x
(compatible with OCaml 3.09). I can't say more as I haven't tried
latest versions.
Christophe had issues with latest Camomile on win32 platform.
