As promised, here is a patch to make the accelerators programmable, and
also to make context-sensitive help available on all menu items.
To use it you right click on a menu item, and a dialog appears which
though rather basic is workable and reasonably self explanatory. The
accelerators are saved to ~/.denemo/standard.accels at present.
Most of the patch consists of adding tooltips for all the menu items -
this is where the context sensitive help is stored - those interested in
particular menu items are encouraged to review what I have written (just
right click any menu item that interests you).
There is a slight tidy up to the names in denemoui.xml, and in view.c
there is code which does nothing at the momement, but which is the start
of an object-based menu bar.
There is also a fix in staffprops for the problem that once you have set
the space above a staff non-zero you cannot set it back to zero.
