It turns out that mouse moves can be programmed as shortcuts too. I have
code that lets you drag a note up and down with the note moving as you
drag. It is using the MoveToCursor script that I checked in yesterday,
but the shortcut is a mouse move (with Shift and left button) instead of
the mouse button release.
