[Denemo-devel] Code Freeze for 0.8.2

I propose that we declare a code freeze for 0.8.2
        - freeze applies to executable code (showstopper bugs excepted)
        - docs to be updated
        - packaging issues can be fixed
        - the default shortcut files (Default.cmdset, NumericKeypad.cmdset) can
still be updated.

If we can get all the peripheral issues resolved then we can declare a
release, perhaps at the weekend?
