[Denemo-devel] Functions callable from scheme

The manual now lists all the (d-XXX  ...) functions that can be called
from scheme.
I have put code in a special version of denemo (compile with
-DDEVELOPER) to make denemo output this list of functions into a file
called functions.xml when denemo is run. I have used this to generate a
new manual. This should make it easier to maintain the manual.

This is in response to questions about which functions are available....
