[Denemo-devel] documenting the procs available in scheme

It occurs to me, we just need to write

(d-GetTooltip command)
(d-GetMenuPath command)
(d-GetLabel command) 
or something like this, returning the information about a command. Then
we can print out a document from scheme, documenting all the commands
and where they are to be found, etc
