Details:

It would be cool to have, if Denemo is in Fluidsynthmode, a "Render to
Audiofile (wave)" in Denemo's File Menu. This is already implemented in Fluid
it "just" has to be added to Denemo, too.

It would be good to have that as commandline option, too, so that you can
"convert" Denemo files without starting the GUI. 

denemo --render foo.denemo 

, for example could produce a foo.denemo.wav or just foo.wav.

Although in the most cases its the goal to have ogg or mp3 in the End this is
probably too much for Denemo, so wave should be ok.
