Thanks for your report.
Unfortunatly this was already known but so obvious to us that there was no
bug-report.

If you go more into detail here, especially with multi-staff copy and past
you will notice more problems.

Like "Undo" this is a top priority for me. 

But one important note for your #1:
There is no "between" the notes in Denemo! Many people get that wrong. 
In your case this makes no difference because the cursor indeed jumps to far
to the right. 

For any scripts that scroll through notes don't use cursor movement but next
note/object etc. And please don't work around misbehaving Denemo commands, or
at least remember what you did, so if we fix them finally your scripts still
work.
