[Denemo-devel] New LilyPond parser

I have just replaced the lilypond parser in Denemo with one developed by
Nils and me as part of the gsoc 2010 project.
It is incomplete, but better than the previous one which was simply
broken.
To test: save a simple file (say 4 quarter notes) in LilyPond format and
then try to load it back in.

There is a strong possibility that some files are mis-placed, not
installed etc, so please report back any problems.
Also any missing parts of the LilyPond syntax that you need.

This also means we have a musicxml loader now in Denemo - I haven't
tested it yet.

Once this is working, we should release.
