[Denemo-devel] New delete selection

In git is now a new delete selection which is already in use by 
IntelligentDelete.
Main difference is that it leaves empty measures behind instead of deleting 
them sometimes and sometimes not.

Its not complete yet, it cannot delete tuplet markers and stem directives. 
Tuplet should be nearly solved, I just don't know the right syntax to attach 
(display-)directives yet, will try that out right after I've sent this mail.

GetType STEMDIRECTIVE needs directives, too.
