[Denemo-devel] neohead scoreblock directive

I noticed the following:

neohead = \once \override Voice.NoteHead #'style = #'neomensural 

is now appearing  in *every* denemo lilypond output.

It should be only present in some restricted circumstance
e.g. an EarlyMusic profile or ... well the other possibilities are
dynamic directives (where a directive triggers an action at print
time/playback time etc) or better exploiting hooks to install such a
preference at print time (if Breve etc are present in the score).

The point being that the readability of the LilyPond output is important
to some users and if it becomes loaded down with denemo's "house-style"
for figured bass direction, default tablature string settings,
orchestral rehearsal mark styles etc it will become unwieldy, slow and
illegible.
