Details:

Staff directives and instrument settings etc are missing on re-loading a
voice.
It turns out that the xml format we save is creates a beautiful "voices belong
inside staffs" structure which does not represent what Denemo has. A couple of
years ago I proposed that Denemo should adopt this structure in the C code,
but now it would seem better to go the other way - make voices just a question
of staff directives setting the context.
If this is possible the built-in voices behavior could be reduced to a flag
indicating that the staff is to be displayed on top of the previous staff.
The import/exportxml.c would need some re-writing and the old importxml.c
would need to be kept for backward compatibility.

But we need to be sure we can create voices via scheme first.
