With the same setup as described in my previous post, playback
starts with a note-off (!sic) event of the first note - i.e. the
first note doesn't play.  NOTE: this might not be caused by the audio
midi code since the displayed start playback marker (green bar) is positioned
after the first note. It seems to be impossible to move that bar in front of
the first note (at least not with the playback control buttons).
