Hmm, these are the built-in dynamics (source code is dynamic.c), they urgently
need replacing. Well, looking through the menus, I see that there *is* a
replacement, go to

Directives->Dynamics

If that command does not behave as you would wish, please raise a bug for it,
otherwise this bug could be closed once we have deleted the command you found.
So speak up if the built-in dynamics cannot simply be deleted without loss.
With regard to sffff if the problem is that LilyPond does not support it, then
you could raise the bug there; I suspect you can generate any text in that
bold italic font by using suitable markup, so we could create a command for
sffff in Denemo even if it does not have a special syntax in LilyPond.
