I have run the same LilyPond version under windows and generated the pdf
http://www.denemo.org/dl31 which displays correctly in evince under
linux and acrord32 under windows. It is also smaller because I have
taken out all the point-and-click links.
I think this is ready to go to press. However, until we make a release,
very few people will be able to make use of the source file :(

Any enthusiasm for a release?
