[Denemo-devel] Translations now in master for 1.0 release

I have just pushed the translations for the release version 1.0

If anyone has a French, Italian, Czech or Japanese locale and can build
from git, please report if anything is wrong.

Jeremiah - can you set the version to 1.0.0 shortly and create the
tarball that we will upload to savannah once it has been downloaded and
built by a few people? I'm copying this to know distro maintainers of
Denemo, in case there are problems with the libportmidi story.
