[Denemo-devel] Palettes ready for testing

The palettes work is now ready for testing in git. You can dock palettes
in the main window, and choose how to lay them out, as well as creating
custom palettes, either docked or not.
The horizontal setting determines whether they dock above or to the
right of the main display.
I have created a first idea of a default set of palettes which can
surely be improved. If a palette is to be docked it is probably best to
limit it to a width (or height) of 1.

There are quite a large number of commands that have no palette at
present, and there are some glaring omissions (no chords at present).
Also, I haven't gone into creating icons, everything is just done with
labels at present.
