In the "panel" on the right those are palette button labels, you can
edit them (right click) and you will see that they are using the pango
markup language - something like <span font-description=\"denemo\" ....)
I'm not sure where else this formula is used - look in the
Notes/Rests->Change Duration, both the labels *and* the tooltips will be
using the glyphs by one means or another I think.
