[Denemo-devel] add piano staff

The command Staffs/Voices > Add Staff >Add Piano Staff has strange
behaviour when used when several staffs are already present. For
example, create a new empty score and two more staffs via Staffs/Voices
> Add Staff > Add Staff After Current. Then go to the first staff and
add a piano staff. In denemo, the piano staff is created on top, but in
the print preview it is on the bottom, while the top two staffs are a
piano staff as well but with the instrument names of the two bottom
staffs.  Similar strange things happen when creating only one voice
before applying Create Piano Staff.
