[Denemo-devel] [bug #46649] Tarball for Denemo 2.0.0 seems to be broken

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #46649 (project denemo):

Sorry for the delay. I'm using ext4 and GNU tar for extracting. I can still
reproduce this error. However, the tarball generated by git (using the
snapshop feature on git.savannah.gnu.org[1]) does not have this problem.

If I use git clone for the repository and run "./autogen.sh && ./configure &&
make dist" inside the checkout, I get a tarball with the same truncated
filenames. Maybe it's an issue in the make dist target, after all.
