Ah, I found it now in Score->Score Properties Editor->Edit Built-in
Score Properties. Previously I had not expected it beside the list of
user directives, i.e. before my last mail about the paper size I checked
all entries in the Score menu, but did not look close enough at the list
of score directives in the Score Properties Editor (where several
entries from user-defined properties were present).
