I just realized my fix assumes that when the Evince lib documentation
says "Since 3.8" it means GTK 3.8, but this is unlikely, more likely
they mean the Evince Lib version, but the API has no version information
macro as far as I can find... so I have disabled the attempt to avoid
the deprecation warning.
It should now build for everything.
