It's not clear from this message if you have seen the one I sent in this
thread saying the bug was fixed ... If you do "Reply to all" and then
put your response beneath the text you are responding to, all will be
clear. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posting_style#Top-posting for a
discussion of this style of using mailing lists, which is widely
recommended.

The fix will be built tomorrow.
