Follow-up Comment #1, bug #48224 (project denemo):
This is a wrong suggestion: if you have a custom layout and want to change,
say, its overall size then you can run the overall score size command and make
it conditional on the custom layout and then run the refresh score wide
settings in the Score Layout View=>Score Settings
of, if the custom layout is already reduced to LilyPond syntax only the any
command used to generate the custom layout can be re-run, and the new
directive will become conditional on that new layout (because it has an
identical name).
