Yes, you can use the command

Command: Select All Music In Movement
Creates a selection for all the music in the current movement.
Location: Main Menu ▶ _Edit ▶ Select
Internal Name: SelectAll

to select all the music and then the physical transposition command in
the Notes/Rests menu. You will have to change the key signature
separately.
