Follow-up Comment #4, bug #48934 (project denemo):

Using this function in lyric.c at new_lyric_editor ()

gtk_widget_set_size_request (
  GtkWidget* widget,
  gint width,
  gint height
)

seems to do nothing - no error, no minimum height as promised at
https://docs.gtk.org/gtk3/method.Widget.set_size_request.html
