I have changed the form so that it now puts the Category tag at the
bottom of the page when the page is created.

When you have finished processing a page please change the tag:

from: [[Category:Review]]
to: [[Category:Reviewed]]

This will move these pages out from the Review category and into the
Reviewed category.

It will not be until the end of the day that all of the pages listed on
<http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Category:Review> will be structured in
such a way that they have the category tag at the bottom of the page.
