    When you have finished processing a page please change the tag:
    from: [[Category:Review]]
    to: [[Category:Reviewed]]

Sounds good, but I don't know what "change the tag" means.  Perusing the
various tabs off http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Review:GWorkspace, I
don't see the word "tag" anywhere.

Is it using the "Move" button and then changing Review to Reviewed in
the "To new title" field?  Or something else?
