No we don't and we shouldn't. The statement as we have it is 100%
accurate. Every program listed in the directory runs on GNU/Linux. If
they happen to also run on other operating systems, then that is a fact
and we can acknowledge that fact, but it doesn't mean acknowledging such
facts should lead us to emphasize or put more attention on proprietary
operating system.
