[directory-discuss] Never completing redirects for IceCat addon entries

I was browsing the directory entry for GNU IceCat. Some of the add-on
entries cannot be opened. "The server is redirecting the request for
this address in a way that will never complete" is what Firefox tells me.

Also, the add-on list has duplicates (AutoProxy, MM3 Proxy Switch,
Lucifox, for example).
